Food Orders

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If you receive an order that is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will ensure that the issue is rectified with a replacement item or a correction to your order at no additional cost.

Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your meal, please notify us within 2 hours of your meal's delivery or pickup. We will offer you the choice between a replacement or a refund.
